Intel Core i7-1165G7 – default TDP 15W, cTDP: 12W – 28W
AMD Ryzen 7 4800H- default TDP 45W, cTDP: 35W – 54W

Perhaps that is why a lot of people compare the i7-1165G7 with the Ryzen 4700U, because the TDP is in the same range:
AMD Ryzen 7 4800U- default TDP 15W, cTDP: 10W – 25W
