Understood. I wanted to point it out clearly, so uninformed/lay public would not have a false impression that AMD is still lagging behind Intel.

Also, I don’t have anything against Intel (in fact, I have been using Intel PCs). But with Zen 2 microarchitecture AMD really has something to offer on the market – be it for basic or advanced users.

Hey, that is a great comparison. Let me say that I do not have anything against AMD. Competition is always great and AMD has been releasing some killer products. Note that this is a pretty old benchmark. We can only make do with the data that we have at the time.

Very misleading and immature article. One should put side-by-side comparable products, right? Therefore:

a) Does Intel Core-i3 1005G1 beat AMD Ryzen 3 4300U? Hell no. AMD wins.
b) Does Intel Core-i5 1035G7 beat AMD Ryzen 5 4600U? Hell no. AMD wins.
c) Does Intel Core-i7 1068G7 beat AMD Ryzen 7 4800U? Hell no. AMD wins.

This time, AMD is absolute winner, in terms of capacity and also in terms of price.
