Treasure Hoarder Insignia, Silver Raven Insignia, and Golden Raven Insignia can be obtained by beating Treasure Hoarders. Once you have enough of the lower-tier variants, you can convert them into the higher-tier ones at the crafting table.
You can get Runic Fang by beating the Ruin Serpent weekly boss. You can only get rewards from the boss once a week. If you have other drops from this boss, you can convert them into Runic Fang by using Dream Solvent.
