How to Schedule Events

Once you have enough money and a free room, you can schedule an event there. Now the main question is how you can do it. There are two methods by which you can schedule an event
- Choosing A Specific Room For the Event
- Using Time Table Menu To Schedule Event
Choosing A Specific Room For the Event
To do that, click on the room where you want to schedule the event. Then on the right side of the screen, go to the information panel of the room and select the set event tab. If a button is visible in grey, you cannot schedule an event at this particular room.
Select the event you want to schedule and click on the schedule event tab. Then after setting the event and checking to list the options, the next screen that appears will be the event setup menu. The event setup menu will show you the possible event that you can organize in that room. The cost of the event and its duration in days is also listed. Click on the schedule event tab that will take you to the next screen.
On the Next screen, you can further edit, and check the requirements to set the event and its rewards. When you are done with all the edits, click on the Book Event to finally schedule it.
Using Time Table Menu To Schedule Event
Alternatively, you can use Time Table Menu to schedule an event. Time Table will show you all the courses and programs for the academic year. Access the timetable menu from the course management tab. Take your cursor where you see a small plus sign, click on it, and you will be redirected to the event setup menu.
