On top of all this, you will need to find Lightsabers to complete challenges. Epic Games recently added the Star Wars limited event challenges. These challenges are unique and some require you to have used Lightsaber in the game. In this guide, we will include all the details on where to find Lightsabers in Fortnite Chapter 2.
Where To Find Lightsabers In Fortnite Chapter 2
Lightsabers in Fortnite are Mythic rarity melee weapons. They are very overpowered and can take out a shielded enemy in one hit. To attack you will have to press the Fire Button on either console or PC.
In addition to this, you can also defend yourself while handling the Lightsaber. If you press the aim sight down at the precise moment an enemy hits you, you can avoid the attack. Although it has the same mechanics from any Star Wars game it cannot be thrown at an enemy. That is the only downside of the weapon.
Even though you might have gotten excited about trying to find and use the Lightsaber, bear in mind that it isn’t as easy as it sounds. You can only find Lightsabers in Star Wars drop chests. Four Lightsabers can be found inside the drop chest so if you are playing squads your entire team can carry lightsabers.
Each Lightsaber is of a different color: Red. Blue, Green and Purple. You can pick all of the four lightsabers yourself but we don’t recommend you to do that as it’s a waste of slots.
