How To Farm Umbral Traces In Destiny 2 Season Of Arrivals
If you are interested in getting this resource from PvP activities then you can take part in the Crucible Control in order to farm Umbral Traces. If you prefer PvE activities instead then you can farm the resource by taking part in the Weekly Nightfalls and the Nightmare Hunts. Both of these activities will drop Umbral Traces that you need to complete the Means to an End Quest.
Whichever route you take, be sure to pick up the bounties for the activities in order to earn bonus XP. If you are headed to the Crucible then get the bounties from Shaxx. If you are heading for the Nightfall then you can get bounties from Zavala. Both of these characters are at the Tower.
