Star-Lord
| Abilities | Effects |
| Vantage Point | Star-Lord takes it to air to gain a favorable position, command, and attack enemies. |
| Fan the Hammer | Unleash a flurry of blaster shots that deal Heavy Damage to one or more targets. |
| Eye of the Hurricane | Star-Lord leaps into the air while hurling grenade all over an area, dealing Moderate Damage and Heavy Stagger to all the enemies caught in the blast. |
| Shield of Spartax – Ultimate | Star-Lord generates a protective aura around himself that prevent all incoming damage for a brief period of time. |
Rocket Raccoon
| Abilities | Effects |
| Cluster Flark | Rocket blasts away at multiple foes, dealing Moderate Damage. |
| Gravistack Grenade | A grenade that draws nearby foes to it and holds them together for follow-up damage. |
| Glowing Pains | Rocket hurls a grenade that breaks into darts that seeks nearby enemies and inflicts Light Stagger – affected enemies also take increased Stagger damage from all sources. |
| Five Barrel Barrage – Ultimate | Rocket Raccoon unleashes his entire arsenal of weaponry onto a targeted area, dealing a massive amount of damage. |
Groot
| Abilities | Effects |
| Entangle | Groot traps multiple enemies in a place. |
| Uproot | Groot sprouts roots from the ground that sends lesser enemies into the air while dealing Moderate Damage. |
| Mammoth Grab | Groot traps a large foe in place and deals Moderate Stagger. |
| Gift of the Florae – Ultimate | Automatically revive a downed ally. |
Drax
| Abilities | Effects |
| Destroy | Drax attacks a foe, dealing Light Damage and Heavy Stagger. |
| Katathian Charge | Drax charges into his enemies, dealing Moderate Stagger to all the enemies hit by him. |
| Pound and Pummel | Drax smashes the ground to deal Moderate Damage to a foe and Light Damage to all nearby enemies. |
| Wrath of Katath – Ultimate | Drax becomes enraged to deal Heavy Stagger and Moderate Damage to all nearby enemies. |
Gamora
| Abilities | Effects |
| Deadly Strike | Gamora attacks a target, dealing Heavy Damage. |
| Shadow Strike | Gamora blinks through enemies multiple times while dealing Moderate Damage. |
| Stagger Wave | Gamora deals Moderate Damage to an enemy followed by a shockwave that deals Moderate Stagger to all enemies behind the initial target. |
| Executioner – Ultimate | Gamora hits a single target to deal Super-Heavy Damage. This ability is incredibly useful against bosses. |
