Riding Pokemon in Pokemon Legends: Arceus
As the name suggests, this is the ability to ride Pokemon across the Hisui and even fast travel to different points, provided that they are available. Do note that some areas in Hisui are locked behind the Galaxy Team Rank of the player.
In order to ride a Pokemon, the player needs to acquire the Celestica Flute. It is only after acquiring the item that the player is able to ride a Pokemon becomes available.
Some of the Pokemon that the player can ride in Pokemon Legends: Arceus includes the following:
Wrydeer
This one is only suitable to travel small distances. It can be used to catch ground-based creatures. In addition to this, it can also avoid obstacles and gain a temporary speed boost.
Braviary
It is only suitable for longer travels and is able to catch flying creatures. On top of that, it is also able to reach otherwise inaccessible areas.
Basculgion
It is good for traversing the sea, catching creatures, and is suitable for both small and long travels.
