In the game V Rising, players take on the role of a vampire who has just awoken from a centuries-long slumber. The vampire must now survive in the harsh world of V Rising, full of other vampires who are also trying to survive.
Through crafting, vampires can gather materials and blueprints to improve their character and base. One of the most coveted resources in the game is the Crude Gem, which can be ground into Gem dust. This resource is scarce and is highly sought after by players. I’ll tell you how to find and use Crude Gems in V Rising.
Getting Crude Gems in V Rising
In V Rising, players will find that Gems are primarily used to create Gem dust. This dust is a valuable material that can be used to craft multiple items, including Vampire Waygates. Gem dust is acquired from any gem, but players will find it early on in tandem with Crude Gems, as they are the most common gems in the game.
To craft Vampire Waygates, players will need to acquire the blueprint from defeating the level 36 boss, Polora the Feywalker. Once players have the blueprint, they will be able to use Gem dust to build their very own Vampire Waygate.
Players can find the Crude Gems in the Farbane Woods region and Dunley Farmlands. It would be best if you hit the Gem Vein with a Mace like any other rock to get the Crude Gems. When it breaks, it will drop the Crude Gems.
You can use these gems to make Gem Dust. Just put the gems in a Grinder structure to craft the Gem Dust. With Gem Dust, you can upgrade your equipment and weapons to help you fight against the undead hordes!
