If you’re looking for a challenge and want to put your skills to the test, then play the 6th site campaign on Splatoon 3. Each site has its unique boss that will provide a different challenge, and the 2nd boss you will face during the site campaigns is Frye.
During the Future Stares Back mission, you will come across Frye as the second boss out of six in Splatoon 3. However, this is a three-phase fight, so you need to be versatile and develop something new for each powerful phase to beat her. So let’s go through each phase and explore how to defeat her.
Phase One: At the beginning of the battle, Frye calls out the eels for the encounter. However, you will know when eels are coming to attack you because they will look at you before attacking you. Therefore, you need to hit the eels to send them back into the Frye. The ink is the most effective weapon against the Frye in phase one, and it keeps attacking eels until phase two begins.
Phase Two: In phase 2, you must dodge Frye’s assault as she becomes more powerful. It’s a warning that the eels are returning if you see the Frye blocking approach; the danger is coming. Maintain your safest possible distance from the eels, as they will be serious problems. Use ink to strike at eels and jump over the block to attack the Fyre once again.
Phase Three: The last phase won’t be a cakewalk as eels come in groups to cover you from everywhere. Now it’s time to use a special attack to take the eels group out. Use your special attack to take out the eel group. Once that’s done, finish off Frye, and victory will be yours.
