Flax is a resource in Valheim that you need to get in order to craft or create other different items. You are going to need to it make items such as Linen thread. In this Valheim guide, we are going to go over how you can get Flax in the game.
How To Get Flax In Valheim
To get Flax, you need to go to Fuling village in the Plains biome. Here you will find a patch where Flax is growing. To get it you need to use your AoE attack from Atgeir. This will drop all the Flax around you in a single attack. Do not worry about damaging or losing any of the resources.
Once you have it, you should not use it up as it is hard to come by. You need to plant it in order to get more. Plant some in the cultivated field in the Plains Biome. Note that Flax does not grow anywhere other than the cultivated field in the Plains Biome. So you will need to come here when you want to grow it in order to get even more Flax.
If you keep doing this then you do not need to worry about running out of Flax ever again. This is how you can get Flax in Valheim.
