Theo Parnell is one of the major bosses in The Division 2 Warlords of New York that you need to beat in order to get to Keener, the final boss. In this Division 2 guide, we are going to go over how you can beat Theo Parnell.
How To Beat Theo Parnell In The Division 2
There are a couple of objectives that you need to complete in order to take on Parnell. They are pretty straight forward and marked on the map so we are not going to go into that. We are only going to talk about the main boss fight.
TDLR: Shoot anything and everything that moves and stay out of the turret’s line of sight.
The encounter has a couple of phases but they are pretty much the same. You need to repeat them a couple of times in order to beat Theo Parnell in The Division 2 Warlords of New York.
When you enter the boss area, you will need to take out the mob. After that, holograms of Theo will appear and you will need to shoot the actual boss. Shoot the one that moves. Holograms are impressive decoys but they do not move. The actual boss is going to shoot at you and will duck behind cover as well. This is how you will know which is the real boss.
Once you have done considerable damage, the boss is going to hide behind a shutter. More enemies are going to appear. You will need to take them out. This time, enemies will have decoys as well. The same rule applies here too. Shoot the enemies that shoot at you and that move. Do not waste your ammo on the decoys.
During all this, turrets are going to come online and you will need to take them out by destroying the generators. Underneath the turrets is a red area. This is where you need to shoot. You will need to fire from a certain side in order to damage the generator. If the red area is covered then pick another side. Shoot the red area until the generator is destroyed.
Once you have done this, you will need to repeat the whole process another time. In the final phase of the boss fight, Theo Parnell will come down and attack you head-on. This is where you can use a sniper or any other heavy-damage weapon you have to finish him off. The boss will drop the Darkness High-End Marksman Rifle.
