As you explore Niflheim in the new Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Forgotten Saga DLC, you will come across tables that have 3 drinks on them. These can give you health upgrade if you pick the right one. In this Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Forgotten Saga guide, we are going to go over which drink you should pick.

Which Drink Is The Right One In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Forgotten Saga

Two of the drinks are going to poison you and your HP will slowly drain. One of the drinks will give you a health upgrade. So picking one of the three drinks is going to be high risk high reward. While the one on the left is relatively safe according to our runs, this is random and can be different for you. It is also worth mentioning that a drink can have a different effect in different runs.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Forgotten Saga Drink

It would seem that the effect changes every 24 hours as well. Predicting which drink is safest is therefore very challenging indeed. Whether or not you should risk being poisoned will therefore depend on your health pool. You might not want to risk being poisoned at all. In that case, you might want to skip the drinks altogether. If you max HP is high enough then the health upgrade might not even be worth it for you.

This is what you need to know about the drinks in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Forgotten Saga. Be sure to check out our guide on how you can beat Balulfr. You can also check out our guide on how you can beat Issvin. For more content related to the game, check out our Assassin’s Creed Valhalla guides hub.

Forgotten Saga is the new free rogue-lite mode that puts you up against challenging enemies and gives you the opportunity to get some cool rewards. If you are up to the challenge then in this Assassin’s Creed Valhalla guide, we are going to go over how you can start the Forgotten Saga mode.

Starting Forgotten Saga Mode In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

Before you can start the Forgotten Saga mode, you need to progress the story enough to unlock Asgard. If you have not checked out that arc of the game then you can check out our guide on how you can get to Asgard. Here you will have dreams of Odin and other norse mythology gods. Once you have unlocked Asgard and have access to these dreams, you will be able to play the Forgotten Saga Mode in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.

Once you have gone to Asgard for the first time, you will be able to build Everold’s Hut in Ravensthorpe. Once you have built the hut you can head over to Niflheim for the Forgotten Saga at any point.

There is no power level requirement but since the enemies are particularly challenging we recommend having a high power level in order to make things easier for you. During the different phases of the game mode, you will face off against elites and bosses so come prepared.

This is how you can start the new Forgotten Saga mode in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. You can also check out our guide on how you can get gems in the new mode. For more content related to the game, check out our Assassin’s Creed Valhalla guides hub.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Forgotten Saga will put you in challenging encounters where you need to defeat elites and bosses in order to progress. If you die then the progress is reset but you do get to keep some rewards. In this Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Forgotten Saga guide, we are going to go over how you can get gems.

Getting Gems In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Forgotten Saga

You can get gems by defeating elites and bosses in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Forgotten Saga. You will need to deal with a couple of enemies before you can progress forward. Once you have defeated the enemies you will gain access to a box that gives you rewards.

You will get a prompt in the interface showing that you have earned gems. The more elite enemies and bosses you defeat the more gems you earn. Gems are a form of currency that you can use in Niflheim. You can exchange gems for rare items such as runes and weapons when you visit the King of Thieves.

While you progress the Forgotten Sage, you can take different pathways and take on different encounters but that does put you in a situation where you might not make it to the final boss. You could also lose health and not be strong enough to defeat the final boss.

This is what you need to know about getting gems in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Forgotten Saga. If you are interested in learning more about the game then you can check out our Assassin’s Creed Valhalla guides hub.

Oskoreia Festival is a brand new event in Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla. Throughout the event, the player can participate in a number of activities and earn rewards. In this guide, we have detailed all there is to know about the newly rolled Oskoreia Festival in Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, its activities, and rewards.

Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla Oskoreia Festival

Oskoreia Festival is a free update that is available to all the players. To begin, travel to Ravensthorpe. There will be a brief cutscene that will introduce the activity. However, do note that Ravensthorpe must be at least Settlement Level 2 in order to participate in the festival.

Activities

Throughout the Oskoreia Festival, the player will participate in a number of games/quests. These activities will reward Festival Tokens that can be used to purchase a variety of different cosmetics. Aside from a few items, none of the items are particularly expensive – it should not take more than a couple of days to get all the items. With that said, let us take a look at all the activities/quests that the player can participate in:

  1. Targeted Strategy: This one is an archery challenge. Simply hit as many targets as possible to get more Festival Tokens.
  2. Veiled Threats: This one pits the player against waves of enemies in order to test their prowess with swords.
  3. Riding for Glory: It is a simple archery challenge but on a horseback.

In addition to this, there are a few quests that can be completed as well. These are:

  1. Hunting for Honor
  2. Homeward
  3. An Honorable Death
  4. A Measure of Respect

As mentioned earlier, completing these activities reward a large number of Festival Tokens. Once acquired, these can be used to purchase exclusive items from the Oskoreia Festival.

This is all we have got in our Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla Oskoreia Festival guide. For more help on the game, be sure to check out our detailed Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla wiki page.

With the introduction of Tombs of the Fallen, a new Armor Set has been added in AC: Valhalla. It is a pretty neat set that provides increased damage to Melee Damage, Ranged Damage, and Armor. On top of it, it also provides a small amount of AoE damage. In this Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla guide, we have detailed all there is to know about how to unlock the Fallen Hero Armor Set.

Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla Fallen Hero Armor Set

Before we talk about unlocking the Armor Set, let us talk about the bonuses that it provides for wearing all the pieces:

  1. Provides +10 Armor, +15 Melee Damage, +10 Ranged Damage.
  2. Taking damage creates a pulse that detonates to deal damage to all nearby enemies. It has a CD of 10 seconds.

Overall, it seems like a pretty decent Armor Set that is good at different things. For specific builds, however, there are much better sets out there. It is But how does one get it?

Fallen Hero Armor Set is tied to the newly added Tombs of the Fallen in AC: Valhalla. There are 4 Tombs of the Fallen in total. These are like mini-dungeons brimming with puzzles, etc. These dungeons are:

  1. Manius’s Sanctum
  2. Boudicca Tomb
  3. Cassivellaunus Tomb
  4. Venutius Tomb

At the end of these dungeons, the player will get an Armor Piece. Therefore, all 4 dungeons need to be completed in order to get all the pieces. The 1st dungeon is automatically found at the beginning of the questline. The remaining three are scattered all around England but can be a little hard to get. We have shared their locations in our in-depth Tombs of the Fallen locations guide.

This is all we have got in how to get Fallen Hero Armor Set in Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla. Be sure to check out our detailed Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla wiki page.

In AC: Valhalla, Tombs of the Fallen are small dungeon-like areas that can be discovered for a variety of rewards. These tombs are usually brimming with puzzles but the rewards at the end at worth it. The very 1st tomb is marked on the map but the others must be found. In this Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla guide, we have shared the locations of all the Tombs of the Fallen.

Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla Tombs of the Fallen Locations

In total, there are 4 Tombs of the Fallen that can be discovered in AC: Valhalla. In order to access a Tomb of the Fallen, simply interact with the stones outside it. Below, we have provided their detailed locations:

Manius’s Sanctum

This one is unmissable as it is introduced in the questline. To begin, speak to the Norse Woman near the docks in Ravensthorpe. Once done, the location of the 1st Tomb of the Fallen will get marked on the map – in Grantebridscire. Also, do note that the remaining dungeons cannot be accessed before the 1st one is solved.

Boudicca Tomb

While in East Angela, go to Elmenhalm and continue toward the east. The 2nd tomb should be right next to a Mushroom Challenge.

Cassivellaunus Tomb

This one is located in Sciropescire, toward the east of Repton (Viewpoint). On the map, it should be directly below the Fast Travel sign – not too bad to locate.

Venutius Tomb

The last Tomb of the Fallen in AC: Valhalla is located in the Eurvicscire – directly at the north of Anlaf’s Lookout. Once again, it is not too hard to locate. Interact with the rocks to gain entrance.

This is all we have got in our Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla Tombs of the Fallen Locations guide. For more help on the game, feel free to check out our detailed Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla wiki page.

Ubisoft announced that the fourth season is available now for free in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. The harvest season marks the start of the Oskoreia Festival and Odin’s Wild Hunt, when spirits of the dead rise and savagely hunt the weak among the living. Players will have to defend Ravensthorpe from this harrowing threat and prove the Raven Clan is no easy prey.

In this free limited-time event, players will find new activities and quests, all to reap a wealth of rewards. The Oskoreia Festival will be available from November 11 to December 2. Players must reach England and complete one of the first two narrative arcs (Grantebridgescire or Ledecestrescire) and have a settlement at Level 2 to participate in the Oskoreia Festival.

In the Oskoreia Festival, players will partake in three replayable activities—archery, horseback riding, and a new tournament against spirits. In the tournament, players will be cast into the Veil. Facing the various challenges ahead, from trained warriors to untamed beasts and monsters, players will need to unlock harder levels to put their fighting skills to the ultimate test. The archery contest returns with newly added friendly targets, that will impact players’ progress and keep them away from the highest score. In addition, during Oskoreia’s festivities, new quests will bring the players to meet the Mad Monk and resolve the mystery of a fallen warrior.

Adventure calls and those curious enough to answer will find the all-new Tombs of the Fallen. Scattered across England, these sprawling dungeons will be available from the moment players unlock their settlement, with no other prerequisites needed besides their ability to track them all down. Players will be able to traverse these forgotten tombs for free starting November 9.

Finally, on November 10, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla celebrates its first anniversary, with Special Event Challenges and exciting rewards, including the Valravn’s Claw, an elegant new one-handed sword, and an exclusive unicorn mount.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is available on Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One consoles, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, the Epic Games Store, and Ubisoft Store on Windows PC, as well as on Stadia, Amazon Luna, and Ubisoft’s subscription service, Ubisoft+.

Tombs of the Fallen is now available in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla as part of update 1.4.0. This adds tombs all over England that you can uncover. In this Assassin’s Creed Valhalla guide, we are going to walk you through how you can start the Tombs of the Fallen DLC.

Ubisoft has shown a lot of dedication towards Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and new content has been added to the game since the release in the form of DLC and festivals.

Starting The Tombs of the Fallen In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

In order to start the Tombs of the Fallen DLC in AC Valhalla, you need to talk to stranger onlookers in your settlement (Ravensthorpe). There is no exact location as to where you will find them. Look for the at the docks towards the west, near the edge of Nene River.

You will find a couple of women at the edge of the river. Talk to them and they will tell you that the animals of the village have gone wild and that they seem to be acting oddly. You will then proceed to investigate what is going on and strange things will start to unfold. Proceed through the story and you will head into the first of the Tombs of the Fallen.

Do note that you will need to have your settlement up and running before you can access this new content. You cannot start a new game and then start the new content.

This is how you can start the Tomb of the Fallen DLC in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. If you are interested in learning more about the game then you can check out our guide on how you can get the Einherjar Bow. For more content related to the game, check out our Assassin’s Creed Valhalla guides hub.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: The Siege of Paris expansion adds a lot of content and that includes the new Cavalry units. They can be tough to beat but in this Assassin’s Creed Valhalla guide, we are going to walk you through how you can beat cavalry.

Beating Cavalry In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

When encountering cavalry in the game, you might be tempted to get on a mount of your own. Please, do not do that. Once you are on a horse, your attacks are not going to be as effective compared to on foot. You will be better off without getting on a horse of your own.

If you want to take out the cavalry as effectively as possible then you need to target the side of the cavalry which is not protected by a shield. If the cavalry unit is holding a shield on the right, then you should attack from the left. This is something that you should keep in mind when taking on mounted units.

Attacking cavalry units with melee weapons is going to be very challenging so we recommend ranged attacks and using status effects. Aim for the head with fire and poison arrows and keep shooting in order to deal with cavalry effectively.

This is how you can beat cavalry quickly in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: The Siege of Paris. If you are interested in learning more about the expansion then you can check out our guide on how you can get rid of the Rat Swarm. You can also check out our guide on where you can find the new Siege of Paris weapons. You can also learn about whether or not you should assassinate King Charles.

Ubisoft announced that Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s next major expansion, The Siege of Paris, will be available on August 12. In addition, Season 3, Sigrblot Season, features exclusive rewards and activities accessible to all players. The Sigrblot Festival is live this Thursday, July 29 for all players until August 19.

Assassins’s Creed Valhalla Siege Of Paris Expansion

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s second expansion, The Siege of Paris, will release on August 12. Set in Francia, this new adventure will set Eivor on a dangerous path full of gripping questlines across the Frankish countryside, towards one of the most infamous conquest battles in Viking history. Players will get their hands on new weapons, abilities, gear, and skills to take on new enemy types.

The Siege of Paris will also mark the return of Infiltration Missions, directly inherited from long-time, fan-favorite Black Box Missions. Here, players will have the liberty to choose the best way to eliminate their designated target. The Siege of Paris will be available for all Season Pass owners or as a separate purchase for 24.99€ by all owners of the main game.

Along with Expansion 2, the “The Siege of Paris” music album will release on August 12th, giving all fans the chance to fully enjoy the complete soundtrack. From today, they can discover “Hásæti”, the first track of the album composed by Stephanie Economou. With this song, she wanted to evoke a sense of spirituality and depth in the music and vocals felt like the right avenue to explore. The lyrics are in Old Norse, with “Hásæti” translating to “Seat of Honor.” To listen to the single check out the video below:

Starting Thursday, July 29, players can celebrate Summer in the time-limited Sigrblot Festival, a traditional Viking festival celebrating the start of the Raiding season. Until August 19, various festive activities will be available in the Ravensthorpe settlement around the traditional bonfire, including:

  • Flyting, Fight Tournament, and Dice Game mini-games
  • Three new quests are available
  • Exclusive rewards including settlement decorations, customization items, and weapons. Notably, the one-handed sword Skrofnung can be acquired with Sigrblot tokens in the festival shop for a limited time before the festival ends

To experience the Sigrblot Festival, players must reach England and complete one of the first narrative arcs – either Grantebridgescire or Ledecestrescire – and have their settlement reach Level 2.

An additional update is planned for later this season and will bring a new River Raids map pack, with destinations scattered along the rivers of Francia and Ireland.

With development led by Ubisoft Montreal, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla offers players the captivating experience of playing as Eivor, a legendary Viking warrior, driven from Norway by endless wars and dwindling resources in ninth century AD. Players can relive the ruthless fighting style of Viking warriors with a revamped dual-wielding combat system and experience new gameplay features such as raids, assaults, and the settlement, as well as a revamped progression and gear upgrade system. Political alliances, combat decisions, and dialogue choices can influence the world of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, so players must choose wisely to protect their clan’s home and their future.
