Unlike other RPG games, Fenyx Rising doesn’t have any stamina cost attached to attacking. You can attack as much as you without worrying about stamina depletion. However, performing other tasks will affect your stamina; tasks such as swimming, flying, and climbing. All three of these activities are extremely important to the navigation of Immortals: Fenyx Rising’s open world.
To regenerate stamina in Immortals: Fenyx Rising you need to use Stamina potions or consume the Blue Mushrooms. Stamina potions are found inside chests while Blue Mushrooms can be easily found in the open world. Blue Mushrooms are usually found along trails or near rocky areas.
Whenever you are performing an activity that consumes stamina, the blue stamina gauge will appear on the screen. If the stamina runs out your character will feel exhaustion and, preventing any effort that requires stamina until you’re rested. Immortals: Fenyx Rising does have auto stamina regeneration as well.
It is important to keep an eye on the stamina bar when you are climbing and swinging. If the stamina runs out during any of these activities you run the risk of drowning or falling down.
