To get these Operators in Call of Duty: MW2, you need to have the Vault Edition which has an MSRP of $99.99 which is pretty pricey if you ask me. Hopefully, some other way will be introduced to get them in the future but as of right now, dishing out 100 bucks is your only option.
Oni
This one is a Playstation exclusive. To get Oni, you must have pre-ordered Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 on any Playstation platform. Whether it will become available for Xbox and PC remains to be seen.
