Stellaris is a big game and developer Paradox Interactive has been supporting it by updating and releasing new content. Obviously, over time the game becomes a bit different than what it was a few years ago and some players like to play the old versions for various reasons. This Stellaris guide will help players with how to revert Stellaris to a previous version.

How To Revert Stellaris To An Old Version

In order to revert Stellaris to a previous version, open Steam > right-click Stellaris > Properties > Betas > use the drop-down list under “Select the beta you would like to opt into” to see which previous version of the game is available.

For example, if you want to restore the 1.9.1 version of Stellaris, select it from the list and press Ok.

If for some reason you want to use the absolute latest version of Stellaris, select “None” under “Select the beta you would like to opt into”.

That is all for our Stellaris guide with tips on how to revert it to a previous version. For more on the game, also see our errors and fixes for Stellaris so you can play the game without any crashes and errors.
