In order to get prostitutes in Night City, you need to head to one of the brothels. They are marked on the map with lips icon. You will find signs and art outside that make it pretty obvious that the establishment is indeed a brothel. You will see XXX signs and explicit images.
Prostitutes of Night City do not care about your reputation or street cred you just need to have the money that they want and you can have sex with them. As is the case in real life. Your gender does not matter either. You have both male and female sex workers. Your options might be limited if you want a male partner but the option is still there.
Note that while you can have sex with these women in brothels, you cannot touch the strippers in strip clubs. Clubs like Lizzie’s have girls for your entertainment but you cannot touch them. The Mox takes care of sex workers, both male and female and you will get on their bad side if you try to grope a stripper or get carried away.
