The new part of the Luigi’s Mansion 3 series is out and it is totally awesome. The game consists of gems located around the mansion through the game. Collecting all of them will lead to you getting a diamond attachment for your suction cup. In this Luigi’s Mansion 3 guide we will tell you all the locations of the gems in Luigi’s Mansion 3 throughout the two basements and 15 floors.

Luigi’s Mansion 3 Gems Locations

Gems in Luigi’s Mansion 3 aren’t hard to find you just need to know where to find them. Each floor has roughly six gems that can found. Following are the locations of the 102 Gems in Luigi’s Mansion 3:

B1 Gems Locations

  • The first gem in basement 1 can be found in the Service Hallway outside if the laboratory. Just find a painting and use darklight on it for the gem.
  • The next gem can be found in the Laundry room’s door. Simply approach the door and use suction cup on it.
  • The next gem can be found in the first garage on a blue greenish car to the right of the laboratory.
  • The next gem can be found in the second garage in the Generator room. If you are having trouble entering it just use Gooigi and approach the switch on the generator. Use suction on it then use your flash on it.
  • The next gem can be found on your down the service stairwell. Use Gooigi to get under the stairs and fall down the drain and grab the gem.
  • The last gem in basement 1 can be found in the third garage. Go near a pink car and look around for a vent to use suction cup on. Now you will appear in an elevator shaft with a ladder nearby which you have to climb. After that head down by using Gooigi and grab the gem.

B2 Gems Locations

  • The first gem in basement 2 can be found in the first area of the waterworks. Use Gooigi and head through the pipes and you have come to the left room. Press the water switch so that water starts draining after that collect the gem.
  • The next gem can be found in the latter waterworks area. Go ahead till you reach a platform. Raise it using Luigi and go up to the gen and collect it.
  • The next gem can be found in the elevator hall. Go right until you reach some pipes and enter the second one. You’ll reach a platform so go left for the gem.
  • The next gem can be found in the old reservoir. Go to the lower level and enter the room to fire paint cans on a wall. A gem ghost will appear to give you the gem.
  • The last gem in basement 2 can be found in the observation area. Use darklight twice once in the middle then to the farther left side. Turn off the coffee machine once the boiler spawns for the gem.

1F Gems Locations

  • The first gem on the first floor can be found in the elevator hall. Look for a vase around the elevator to use suction cup on. After that grab the gem.
  • The next gem can be found in the lobby. First you will need to raise the barrier and for that you need to slam down at the desk. A green switch can be visible now to use flashlight on it and a gem will appear for the taking.
  • The next gem can be found in the second part of the lobby. Head to far left to enter a room where you have to use darklight to reveal a chair and a gem ghost.
  • The next gem can be found in the third part of the lobby. Head to the main chandelier which is surrounded by pressure pads. Activate the pads using Gooigi and Luigi and spin the chandelier by using a vacuum for the gem.
  • The next gem can be found in the fourth part of the lobby. Head up the elevator and stick left until you reach a carpet which you have to roll up. After the drain use Gooigi to go down for the gem.
  • The last gem on the first floor can be found in the second elevator hall. Check for a portrait on the left side of the elevator. Use suction cup to trigger a switch under the portrait for the gem.

2F Gems Locations

  • The first gem of the second floor can be found in the entertainment room. Look around for swords hanged on a wall. Use vacuum on them and pick them up. Throw the swords on the dart board for a gem to appear.
  • The next gem can be found in the restroom. Inside the restroom go to the right and interact first with a stall then the toilet for a gem ghost to appear.
  • The next gem can be found in the dressing room. Go to the far left of the room to the coats and remove them. After that a safe can be seen, use flash on it and grab the gem.
  • For the next gem go to the hallway and approach the restaurant door. Spin the forks on the right side of the door for the gem.
  • The next gem can be found in the kitchen. Go to the freezer door and open it using suction cup. Inside you will find a gem enclosed in ice. Pick up the ice block and melt it by placing it on the flames for the gem.
  • For the last gem on the second floor go to the ballroom. There you can see the chandelier which you have to spin for the gem.

3F Gems Locations

  • The first gem on the third floor can be found in the boutique. Go to the far left to spot an entrance to a chest. Use suction cup to enter and grab the gem from the chest.
  • Go to the accessories area and approach the display glass. You have to break this by using suction cup and swinging an item to break the glass. The gem is hidden behind the display glass.
  • The next gem can be found outside the accessories store to the left. A ladder will appear if you use dark light. Climb it to find a gem in chest.
  • The next gem can be found inside the men’s restroom. Once inside use blacklight on the floor to reveal a drain and head down using Gooigi. Use the blow technique to turn the water off. After that look for a panel on your left to open path to the next restroom where the gem resides.
  • Go to the elevator hall for the next gem. Go up the right escalator and go right till you approach a gate. Break open it by jumping and go inside to find a chest around the corner carrying the gem.
  • The next gem can be found in the elevator hall but instead of going right for the previous gem go left. Use Gooigi to enter and head down the drain. Follow the path till you reach a wall and go into it.
  • The last gem on this floor can be found on the hallway on level 2. Approach the vending machine near the end of the hallway and use flashlight on it a couple of times to get the gem.

4F Gems Locations

  • The first gem on this floor can be found in the elevator hall. Approach the elevator and to the right you can see a trumpet. Blow the trumpet using Luigi and then grab it using Gooigi.
  • The next gem can be found in the concession stand. Use the blow technique on on the bottles and a gem will appear for the grabbing.
  • The next gem can be found in the elevator hall after you dodge the rolled carpets go to the room on your left. You will meet a ghost beat it then go ahead towards the popcorn machine. Trigger it a few times to get the gem.
  • The next gem can be found in the dressing room. Head to the piano and use your Dark light on it. After playing it the gen will appear for the taking.
  • Go to the Auditorium and slam down on the stage on the outline. A suction socket will appear to be used to break the wall. Deal with the ghosts and head through the TV to a popcorn machine. Use vacuum on it for the gem.
  • The last gem on this floor can be found in the women’s restroom. Approach the sink and use Dark Light for a faucet to appear. Turn it on for the gem.

5F Gems Locations

  • The first gem on this floor can be found in the Laundry Room. Go left to a vent and use suction cup on it. Grab the gem inside it.
  • The next gem can be found outside room 505. In the hallway check for a statue which has the gem in it’s mouth. Use the statue on the left to break this one and take the gem.
  • The next can be found in the washroom of room 507. A purple gem can be found inside the washroom.
  • The next gem can be found on the balcony of room 505. There is a telescope there so look through it and a gem ghost will appear. Defeat it and grab the gem.
  • The next gem can be found on the balcony of room 501. Here some doors can be revealed if use Dark light. The simply walk right along the edges for the gem.
  • The last gem of this floor can be found in the washroom of room 502. First fill the bathtub by using vacuum once there is enough water a yellow box will appear. Break it for the gem.

6F Gems Locations

  • The first gem on this floor can be found in the Armory. The gem is inside of a wall that needs to be broken down. Look for a crack in a wall and use suction cup to break the wall down.
  • The next gem can be found in the cellar. Go right and open the keg to go inside. Go right towards a ladder then climb it to the gem.
  • The next gem can be found in the cages lift room. Enter the cage and head down. Here you can see the windmill switch use it to lower the cage and then use Gooigi to grab the gem.
  • For the next gem go to the Royal Coffers. Go to the Coliseum Hallway and pull a tapestry and then make a fort visible by using Dark Light on the space.
  • The next gem can be found in the Coliseum balcony. The balcony can be found after the exit of coliseum. Then use vacuum on the knights here for the gem.
  • For the last gem on this floor go to the Hall of Armor. There is a statue on the far end of the hallway which can revealed by using Dark light. Smash it for the gem and grab it.

7F Gems Locations

  • The first gem of this floor can be found in the blooming bathroom. Use vacuum to such the petals to reveal a drain. Head down using Gooigi and grab the gem
  • The next gem can be found in the mushroom suite. Go to the lower area and look for a pipe. Head down through it to the gem using the Gooigi.
  • The next gem can be found atop the plant. Go to the rafters behind you and kelp going until you reach a hidden room. Inside it is the gem which can be grabbed.
  • For this gem go to the elevator hall. Around the corner there is a yellow painting. Use Dark light on it and grab the gem.
  • The next gem can be found in the blooming suite. Use suction cup on the drawers. A drain will appear and you have down by using Gooigi. Use flashlight on top of the plant for the gem.
  • For the last gem on this floor can be found in the Ivy bathroom. Head to the mirror and use it to spot a hidden grate. Use Dark light on it then use Gooigi and head down. Go right to a pipe which can be found by using Dark light. Use Luigi to turn on the faucet. Flash the plant to grab the gem.

8F Gems Locations

  • The first gem can be found outside the elevator. Use vacuum on the helicopter for the gem.
  • The next gem can be found at entrance of the studio. Go to the desk and pull the lever here for the gem.
  • The next gem can be found movie studio 3. Go to the house which has a bicycle parked outside it. Use vacuum for a ghost to appear. Deal with it to get the gem.
  • For this gem go to the backstage. Go left to use the lift to reach the rafters. Here you can see the gem frozen bring it to the studio 3 where the flames resides and melt it.
  • The next gem can be found in the studio 4. Here you can see a bottle with the gem. Use Gooigi to go inside and grab it.
  • For the last gem on the floor go to entrance of studio 2. Go to the left of the TV to arrive at a rug which need to be rolled down. Head down the drain using Gooigi for the gem.

9F Gems Locations

  • The first gem can be found in the elevator hall. Head to the desk and vacuum the chair to make it spin and desk to fall revealing a chest with the gem.
  • The next gem can be found to the left of the elevator. Check right for a switch by flashing. A chest will appear with the gem.
  • The next gems can be found in the elevator hall. There are two cases here which can broken by Toad. Both cases contain a gem. If you haven’t saved Toad you can use bonesto break the cases found after you defeat t-rex.
  • For this gem head to the elevator and atop of it us a skeleton. Fore a bone at it to get the gem.
  • The last gem can be found to the left of the elevator. Break the glass case here using a bone and then use Dark light for the gem.

10F Gems Locations

  • The first gem on the floor can be found in the Sandy Grand Hall. Go right of the pyramid to a snake which is buried. Use Dark light to rebuild it to find the gem.
  • The next gem can be found to the left of the pyramid. The gem is buried here for taking.
  • The next gem can be found in the elevator hall. Go right and pull the switch on the statue for the gem.
  • For this gem go to the Jewel Chamber. Enter the area and enter the other room to smash some vases and look around for a socket. Fill the socket to reveal a room with the gem.
  • The last gem can be found in the central chamber. There is statue here on which you have to use suction cup the after a while a ghost will appear. Deal with it for the gem.

11F Luigi’s Mansion 3 Gems Locations

  • The first gem on this floor can be found on the bladed bedroom. On the left wall there is a poster use vacuum on it then Dark light to create a door. Head inside to appear at a big wheel. Once the swords hit it a gem can approach.
  • The next gem can be found in the suit bathroom. Find all the cards then the gem will appear for the taking.
  • The next gem can be found in the lounge. Go north and use suction cup on the wall here. Use Luigi to flash the panel but before that spawn Gooigi and place him to the left. Once Luigi done his part use Gooigi to grab the gem.
  • For this gem go to mirror bathroom. Use Dark light o the mirrors here to spot a painting of a gem an thus get the gem.
  • The next gem can be found in the hall. Slam down near the three statues and wear your hat. A staircase will appear leading to the chest with the gem.
  • For the last gem on this floor go to the trainer’s bathroom. Go left of the room and spin the metal ring for the gem.

12F Luigi’s Mansion 3 Gems Locations

  • The first gem on this floor can be found on the beach. Go to the right and use the Dark light to make bridges. Go across to the last island and use vacuum to suck the sand and a chest will appear with the gem.
  • The next gem can be found in the Grotto lounge. After entering the area head to the skull and use Dark light under it for the gem.
  • The next gem can be found in the elevator hall. Go right to where you destroyed the boat. You can see a red line which with lead to a breakable panel. But this doesn’t itself you have to use the suction socket on the left.
  • For this gem go to the beach and approach the mermaid statue. Fire three coconuts on it and then slam trees to get the gem.
  • The next gem can be found in the beach also. Head back to the area where you build the bridges. After you cross the first bridge dig for the gem.
  • The last gem on this floor can be found in the elevator hall. Go to the desk and grab the globe and fire it at the cannon balls for the gem.

13F Luigi’s Mansion 3 Gems Locations

  • The first gem on this floor can be found in the locker room. Up the stars is a sign throw a soccer ball at it for the gem.
  • The next gem can be found in the weight room. Use the mirror then go back and up the up the stairs. Step on some scales and then use Gooigi to get the gem.
  • The next gem can be found in the shower room. There is a drain there so use Gooigi to go down. Drain the water and grab the gem.
  • For this gem go to the elevator hall. Go to the circle on the floor and spawn Gooigi here too. Suck the gem from the trophy case using vacuum.
  • The next gem can be found in the gym lobby. Go to the desk and use Dark light. Go right and leave the room and after that after the bell rings. Go back and ring the bells three times for a ghost to appear and defeat it for the gem.
  • The last gem on this floor can be found in training room. Head to the boom box. Operate it and switch to channel 3 for a ghost to appear. Deal with it for the gem.

14F Luigi’s Mansion 3 Gems Locations

  • The first gem on this floor can be found in the elevator hall. Run along the unlit blocks on the dance mat. Then use Luigi and Gooigi on the unlit blocks that follow. Head down the stairs and grab the gem.
  • The next gem can be found in the elevator hall as well. Go right of the elevator and head to the poster and remove it. Once inside the next room vacuum the coats. The bench will raise and gem will appear.
  • The next gem can be found in the elevator hall as well. Head left to the wall where you have to turntables. Use vacuum and jump slam underneath the block for the gem to appear.
  • For this gem go to the dance floor. Stand on the black squares on the dance floor and use suction socket to break the wall. Spawn stairs by using the switch. Use Gooigi to turn the records and grab the gem.
  • The next gem can be found once you go up the stairs in the dance room. Use Dark light then go inside and use Dark light again on the shelves. Use vacuum on the head for the gem.
  • The last gem on this floor can be found by going going to the left turntable and then going up the stairs. Go left and use the Dark light near the screen for a table to reveal and a gem ghost. Deal with it to get the gem.

15F Luigi’s Mansion 3 Gems Locations

  • The first gem on the last floor can be found in the hallway. Head to the puzzle on your left and line up the shadow for the gem.
  • The next gem can be found in the library. Go downstairs and go left inside the room. Use jump slam then pick the book that remains. Go up the stairs and place it on the bookcase. The gem can be taken now.
  • The next gem can be found in the Master Bedroom. Use Gooigi to head into the drain. Here you can find the gem.
  • For this gem use the scales in the master bedroom to go up and use Gooigi to head through and grab the gem.
  • The next gem can be found in the elevator hall. Use Luigi and Gooigi to walk onto the tables on both side for the gem to appear.
  • The last gem can be found behind the elevator. Use Gooigi to go through the drain and to head up.
