So far this year, CD PROJEKT RED has released numerous patches and hotfixes for Cyberpunk 2077, including Patch 1.3. Later in 2021, a next-gen update for the game will be coming, taking full advantage of the power of the Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 consoles. This update will be free for all owners of the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of Cyberpunk 2077.

Cyberpunk 2077 Roadmap

The development of the game is going pretty slowly and the new patch has come out after a long wait. It should be interesting to see how long it is going to take for the developers to add the new DLCs that fans have been waiting for. If this slow pace is the level of progress that players can expect then the multiplayer part of the game could take some years to release.
