Diablo Immortal is the latest mobile game. While it borrows heavily from the previous games in the series, it also introduces some new mechanics, one of which is the use of Legendary Gems.
These gems can be socketed into equipment and provide various bonuses, such as increased damage or reduced cooldown times. Yet, they are not effortless to come by and must be farmed from specific enemies. This guide will teach you everything you need to know about farming Legendary Gems in Diablo Immortal.
Before finding the best ways to farm legendary gems, blow I’ve mentioned the rating of gems:
1 Star:
- Common and easily obtained
- Not very powerful
2 Stars:
- Less common than 1-star gems
- More powerful than 1-star gems
3 Stars:
- Rare
- Very powerful
4 Stars:
- Very rare
- Extremely powerful
5 Stars:
- Legendary Gems are the rarest and most powerful type of gem. They are incredibly difficult to obtain and offer immense power.
Best Ways of Farming Legendary Gems in Diablo Immortal
Crests are items that you can use to improve your chances of getting a specific Legendary Gem from an Elder Rift run. There are two different types of Crest: Rare and Legendary.
Rare Crest
When you use a Rare Crest to enter an Elder Rift, you are rewarded with both Runes and a possibility at a Legendary Gem. The number of Runes you receive is based on the level of the Rift, with higher-level Rifts yielding more Runes. In addition, your chances of receiving a Legendary Gem increase the more Rare Crests you use.
Pro Tip: if you like to improve the chance of getting Legendary Gem, purchase Rare Crests from the Hilts Trader.
Legendary Crest
Legendary Crest is a currency in Diablo Immortal used to buy and add Fading Embers to your inventory. These Crests add Fading Embers to your inventory, thus allowing you to also craft Runes, which can be used to craft Legendary Gems.
