Ego Dumper Crash Fix

Players are reporting that F1 2020 crashes with Ego Dumper error. One fix for the game is to run it in Windowed mode and the game will stop crashing.

Set Power Management to “Prefer Maximum Performance”
Set Texture filtering – Quality to “High Performance”
Set Vertical Syn to “On”

Start the game and disable in-game v.sync. This should fix stuttering and any FPS issues with F1 2020.
