The legend of Night City, Johnny Silverhand, left behind his belongings that you can acquire as you progress through the game. These items include his entire outfit, his car, and the iconic Malorian Arms 3516. We definitely recommend trying to get these as it will bring you closer to 70% relationship with Johnny Silverhand which you will need for one of the endings in Cyberpunk 2077. Aside from that, his car and weapon are not too shabby.
In total, there are 7 of Silverhand’s belongings that you can get in the game. A majority of these can be found during Side Job: Chippin’ In but a few are locked behind some Gigs.
Tank Top
It is a reward for completing Side Job: Tapeworm.
Shoes
At the end of Gig: Family Heirloom, you will need to open up a cabinet containing the recording that you need — the shoes will be in the same cabinet.
Pants
During the Gig: Psychofan, you will come across a pink suitcase in the bedroom. Open it up to get Johnny’s Pants.
Aviators
It is a reward for completing Side Job: Chippin’ In.
Samurai Jacket
This one is also a reward for completing Side Job: Chippin’ In.
Porsche 911 Turbo
You just need to make sure that you spare Grayson during Side Job: Chippin’ In to get Porsche 911 Turbo. By doing that, you will get an Access Card that will open up a marked container with the vehicle inside.
Malorian Arms 3516
This one is also obtained during Side Job: Chippin’ In. You just need to pay attention to the dialogues and select ‘Take a Weapon’ whenever it pops-up. Once acquired, play the Rebel Path on Spotify and go to town.
After obtaining all 7 of Silverhand’s items, you will unlock the ‘Breathtaking’ trophy which is a throwback to Cyberpunk’s release date reveal at E3.
