Loyalty is directly tied to Chemistry and should not be undermined when it comes to improving players’ performance. You will know that a player is Loyal if the shield on the Player Card is colored. There are a couple of things that you can do in order to earn Loyalty in FIFA 23: Ultimate Team. These include the following:
- Players that are acquired through Packs are automatically Loyal without needing to do anything else.
- Any player that plays 10 matches for your club also get the Loyal status.
While the first method is pretty straightforward, this second method requires a lot of time investment. And while it is completely doable, there is a much quicker way to go about this.
Loyalty Glitch
To do this, you need to have all the players that you want to earn the Loyal status in your squad. Once that is done, you need to go to the Live FUT Friendlies and select whatever you prefer. After that, all you need to do is to just play 10 games but that is not the full story.
There is absolutely no need to sit through the entire games. If you do not want, you can simply quit after a couple of minutes and it will still count as a completed match. Continue to do this 10 times and you will have earned the Loyalty status for all the players in the squad.
Lastly, please note that this seems to be unintended interaction. And so there are chances of this getting patched in the future. Try to do this now if you can.
