How To Get Z-Creds In Watch Dogs: Legion Of The Dead

In the new game mode Watch Dogs: Legion Of The Dead, you start off with nothing and you will need Z-Creds in on to do better in the upcoming rounds. In this Watch Dogs: Legion Of The Dead guide, we are going to walk you through how you can earn and use Z-Creds.

Getting Z-Creds In Watch Dogs: Legion Of The Dead

There are two ways in which you can get Z-Creds in the new game mode. Firstly, you can collect supplies in every run. You will be rewarded with Z-Creds based on the number of supplies that you manage to get. If you get 8 supplies then you will be rewarded with 8 Z-Creds. You will earn these even if you die and do not get to the extraction point.

Furthermore, you can earn Z-Creds by getting to the extraction point in runs. You will get a specific number of Z-Creds from extractions over the ones that you get from gathering supplies. There are a few factors that are going to determine the amount of Z-Creds that you get but completing an extraction alive is going to be more rewarding than dying with supplies.

What Are Z-Creds Used For?

This currency can be used to reroll your survivors before the start of a round. You can also use the currency to buy powerups to give you an advantage in the upcoming round. Powerups do cost a lot of Z-Creds so be sure to spend them wisely.

This is how you can get Z-Creds in Watch Dogs: Legion Of The Dead. To learn more about the game check out our guide on how you can unlock the Money Heist costume. For more guides check out our Watch Dogs: Legion guides hub.

How to Permanently Retire Operatives in Watch Dogs: Legion

The entire concept of Watch Dogs: Legion is to empower Londoners by letting them be a part of DedSec to clear the organization’s name after it got framed for a series of terrorist attacks. However, not two Londoners are made equal and you’ll sometimes end up with a less useful operative. And since you’ve got a limited number of recruits, it’s generally a bad idea to stick to operatives that aren’t useful enough. In this guide, we’ve detailed everything you need to know about how to permanently retire operatives in Watch Dogs: Legion.

How to Retire Operatives in Watch Dogs: Legion

When it comes to dismissing operatives, the entire process is pretty simple. Follow the steps outlined below to learn how to do so:

  1. Open the game’s Main Menu
  2. Go to the ‘Crew’ tab
  3. Select the operative/agent that you wish to dismiss from the team
  4. Click on ‘Retire Operative’

Once done, you’ll be asked to review your decision since the process is permanent and can’t be reversed. Once you’ve made your decision, click on ‘Retire Operative’ to complete the process.

When it comes to keeping operatives, we highly recommend keeping some of them. These include a video game designer, construction worker, beekeeper, Albion operatives, among others that you like. And yes, before you ask, it’s entirely possible to recruit NPCs who hate DedSec but it requires a little extra effort as compared to normal people.

Also, if you accidentally end up retiring an operative that you didn’t mean to, you can always get them back – not the same one though. London is a major city with endless people to find a potential recruit from. People belonging to specific professions tend to roam around in specific areas. Therefore, always try to roam around in an area where you think you’ll find specific professionals for a chance to add them back to the team.

This is all we’ve got in how to permanently retire agents in Watch Dogs: Legion. If you’re looking for more tips and tricks, be sure to check out our detailed Watch Dogs: Legion wiki guides.

How to Find and Recruit a Beekeeper in Watch Dogs: Legion

A beekeeper in Watch Dogs: Legion is a unique operative alongside the video game designer. While the game doesn’t force players to pursue specific operatives, some of them are objectively better than the others. These include beekeepers, video game designers, construction workers, etc. Finding them, however, can be a little tedious. In this guide, we’ll walk you through everything you need to know about how to find and recruit a beekeeper in Watch Dogs: Legion.

How to Find and Recruit a Beekeeper in Watch Dogs: Legion

When it comes to finding a beekeeper in Watch Dogs: Legion, it’s fairly similar to finding a construction worker. What we mean by that is both the beekeeper and construction worker are recruited during one of the campaign missions. A construction worker is recruited at the completion of ‘Reporting for Duty’ main mission while the beekeeper is found at the completion of the ‘City of London’.

While playing on perma-death mode, it’s also possible to lose recruits just as easily. In such a case, beekeepers can also be found roaming around parks, greenery, or near any natural scenery – it isn’t hard in all honesty.

After successfully finding the beekeeper, the recruitment process will begin. Similar to other operatives, speaking to the beekeeper will start a small mission. It’s usually along the lines of go there, hack that, escape the area, etc. Once that’s done, the beekeeper will be added to the list of operatives.

A beekeeper in Watch Dogs: Legion is one of the best operatives when it comes to area-control, defeating multiple enemies at the same time, or simply brute-forcing an infiltration. We’d really recommend getting one alongside a construction worker to breeze through the early game as easily as possible. Recruiting the beekeeper in the game will also unlock the ‘NO, NOT THE BEES’ achievement.

That’s all we’ve got in our Watch Dogs: Legion beekeeper location guide. For more help on the game, check out our detailed Watch Dogs: Legion wiki guides.

Watch Dogs: Legion – How to Recruit People Who Dislike DedSec

In Watch Dogs: Legion, some characters might be repulsive towards DedSec, mainly due to their line of work or some bad experience in the past. But if you require such a character to join your team to add a specific skillset which other characters lack, worry not, we’ve got you covered! In this guide, we’ll explain how you can recruit people who dislike DedSec in Watch Dogs: Legion.

Watch Dogs: Legion – How to Recruit People Who Dislike DedSec

Recruiting people who dislike DedSec can sometimes prove to be very clinical and well worth the time you’ve spent to win them over. You’ll just have to butter them up a bit, do favors for them, and show them who the real enemy is.

Characters such as Albion contractors, cops, or guards may help you clear a mission you’ve been stuck on for the past week. Recruiting people from Albion can help you to infiltrate restricted areas completely undetected and gain first-hand intelligence which otherwise would be very difficult or even impossible to get. This can make your progression in the storyline much easier.

You can tell if a person likes or dislikes DedSec the moment you first hack into their profile. It’ll be indicated by a red thumbs-down icon. If you add them to your “Potential Recruits” and hover over them in the team menu, it’ll ask you to “Use the Deep Profiler to find Recruitment Leeds”. This is where the real game starts!

Deep Profiler is a very useful upgrade available to buy in the ‘Tech’ menu for 25 Tech Points. If you don’t have enough Tech Points, simply open your map and look for little green rhombus-shaped icons. These icons represent the location of Tech Points which are available to pick up.

Each pickup will award you with 10 Tech Points, meaning you’ll need to pick up at least 3 to unlock the Deep Profiler. Also, avoid Tech Points which are located in restricted areas and instead opt for the ones in public areas as they’re much easier to get.

After you’ve unlocked the Deep Profiler, hover over to that character again in the ‘Team’ menu and press the indicated key to deep profile the character. Doing so will reveal some data about them which includes their everyday schedule and recruitment leads which you can investigate to raise their support for DedSec.

Just pick a lead from the given list, mark it on the map, and head straight for it. Upon reaching the destination, you’ll most likely be assigned a task. After you complete that task, the person will become more accepting of DedSec and will be open to the idea of joining.

And then you can proceed with the recruitment process as normal i.e. finding them again and doing the standard recruitment mission which if you pass, they’ll join DedSec.

That’s how you can recruit people who hate DedSec in Watch Dogs: Legion. You can check out our detailed Watch Dogs: Legion wiki guides for more help on the game.

How to Get Pig Masks in Watch Dogs: Legion

Watch Dogs: Legion has given full liberty to players regarding their character’s appearance. You can get the threads you want from various shops all across London so you’d be, as they say in Britain, drippin’ all the time. Masks are also a fundamental thing appearance-wise in Legion, with a ton of variety scattered all around the map for you to pick up as collectibles. The most sought after and famous out of these are the pig mask and in this guide, we’ll explain how to get them in Watch Dogs: Legion.

How to Get Pig Masks in Watch Dogs: Legion

Pig mask comes in 5 different variants which you can collect and add to your wardrobe. All pig masks available in Legion, along with their location, are as follows:

1. Pink Paper Mask
The pink paper mask can be found in “The Roberts & Scott Hall” located at the edge of the “City of London” borough. The building has two doors and you can enter using either one. The mask is buried under a big pile of cement blocks just by the riverside door. You’ll need the Spider-bot for this one as it’s physically inaccessible for your character to pick up.

2. Black Paper Mask
The black version of the paper pig mask is located inside the building of “BrocaTech” in “City of Westminster”. The building is a restricted area with guards roaming everywhere so you’ll need either the Cargo Drone or the Spider-bot to bypass. We recommend going with the Spider-bot as it is the safer and more effective option. The mask can be found lying on a set of blue barrels on the first floor of the building. Just go straight after crossing the main gate and you’ll find stairs at the end.

3. Golden Paper Mask
The golden paper mask is located on a balcony in “Embassy Garden” in “Nine Elms”. You’ll need to summon the Cargo Drone for this one as the balcony is otherwise impossible to get to.

4. Winston Pig Mask – Pink
Now, to get your hands on the real thing, you’ll need to put in a lot of effort. The legendary Winston pig mask, which also featured on the game cover, can only be obtained as a reward after doing the story mission “DedSec Party” and isn’t available as a collectible. This particular mission is quite far into the game so good luck with that!

5. Winston Pig Mask – Black
The black version of the Winston pig mask can be found inside the DedSec safe-house in “City of Westminster”. As soon as you go downstairs and enter the main area, you’ll notice stairs to your right. Go up and you’ll find the mask lying down past the servers.

This is all we’ve got in our Watch Dogs: Legion pig masks locations guide. For more help on the game, check out our detailed Watch Dogs: Legion wiki guides.

How to Recruit a Video Game Designer in Watch Dogs: Legion for Meta-Gaming

In Watch Dogs: Legion, you’re able to recruit operatives belonging to different walks of life – be it construction workers, lawyers, politicians, Albion operatives, amongst many others. While the game doesn’t force you when it comes to recruitment, there’s an achievement for recruiting a video game designer titled ‘Meta-Gaming’. In this guide, we’ve detailed everything you need to know about where to find and recruit a video game designer in Watch Dogs: Legion.

How to Recruit a Video Game Designer in Watch Dogs: Legion

When it comes to finding a video game designer, it’s mostly a hit or miss. There’s always a possibility of finding people belonging to different occupations anywhere in London, specific recruits sometimes like to hang out in certain areas – be it because of the workplace, favorite spots to hang out, etc. A good example of this can be seen during ‘Reporting for Duty’ main mission in which the game tells you to reach a specific area to find Construction Workers.

When it comes to finding a video game designer in Watch Dogs: Legion, you’ll have the best time searching in Southwark. You’ll need to try and roam around the streets, profiling every NPC you come across to see if they’re the one you’re looking for.

Another small thing that you can do to make the process a lot easier is profiling your current list of recruits to see if they’ve any connections with a video game designer – it can be in the form of a fiancé, etc. This can allow you to easily recruit one.

Lastly, remember that in order to recruit one, you’ll need to complete their recruitment mission which, more often than not, is fairly simple e.g. go to a place, do 1-2 tasks, and then escaping the area.

That’s all we’ve got in how to recruit a video game designer in Watch Dogs: Legion for ‘Meta-Gaming’ achievement. For more help on the game, you can check out our detailed Watch Dogs: Legion wiki guides.

Watch Dogs: Legion Disrupt Propaganda Guide

Turning a borough defiant in Watch Dogs: Legion requires you to complete a few activities. One of these activities is disrupting propaganda. Similar to neutralizing VIPs, there are only 3 disrupt propaganda locations in the game. Turning a borough defiant marks all Tech Points on the map, unlocks a Skilled Recruit, and is needed to unlock the ‘Take Back London’ achievement. In this Watch Dogs: Legion guide, we’ve shared all the locations where you can disrupt propaganda to increase DedSec’s reputation across London.

Disrupt Propaganda in Watch Dogs: Legion

As mentioned in our neutralize VIPs guide, a Cargo Drone remains your best friend when it comes to access otherwise inaccessible areas. Luckily, you won’t need to go out of your way to secure one since you’ll need to recruit a Construction Worker as a part of the main story mission titled ‘Reporting for Duty’.

To find the locations, all you need to do is to open up the world map and go to the marked locations – indicated by a red electricity icon.

Disrupt Propaganda #1 – City of Westminster
Location: Buckingham Palace
The first one is on the rooftop of Buckingham Palace. To get to it, call in a Cargo Drone, jump on it, hack it to fly it all the way to the top, and interact with the ctOS terminal.

Disrupt Propaganda #2 – Lambeth
Location: Imperial War Museum
To get the 2nd one, you’ll need to access the roof of the Imperial War Museum. Once again, the best method to do so is by landing a Cargo Drone right next to it – as simple as that. Once you’re there, hack the ctOS console to disrupt the ongoing propaganda.

Disrupt Propaganda #3 – City of Westminster
Location: Piccadilly Circus
The 3rd one is also on top of a rooftop. Once again, the Cargo Drone is your best friend here. You’ll need to take it to the very top of the rooftop marked on the map. Once there, you’ll see the ctOS terminal behind a fenced area that only a Spider-bot will be able to access. However, the way out will be blocked by a box.

You’ll need to remove the box using the Cargo Drone – just make sure you aren’t on top of the drone while trying to pick up the object, otherwise, it won’t work. Once the box has been removed, send in the Spider-bot through the air-duct on the roof and hack the ctOS terminal.

That’s all we’ve got in our Watch Dogs: Legion disrupt propaganda locations guide. For more help on the game, you can check out our detailed Watch Dogs: Legion wiki guides.

Watch Dogs: Legion Guide Collectibles Locations Guide

Open-world games and collectibles is a story as old as time. Watch Dogs: Legion has also done its part and introduced a number of collectibles up for grabs. These collectibles include Tech Points, Masks, Audio Logs, Relics, and much more that will be quite fun and worth collecting. However, getting all of them can be very frustrating sometimes and that is where this guide comes in as we’ll be listing some tips and tricks to collect different collectibles easily in Watch Dogs: Legion.

Watch Dogs: Legion Collectibles Locations

Some general tips and tricks to get around and grab collectibles easily are as follows:

Use Vehicles

The world size of Watch Dogs: Legion is enormous with some unofficial accounts even claiming that it’s nearly 6 times the size of Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate.

You’ll have to cover a lot of ground to collect different items which is better covered in a vehicle than on foot. Watch Dogs: Legion is full of futuristic self-driving cars which you can easily hijack and use for your ease. Using bikes can be a better option for your collectible hunts in the tight streets of London.

Fast Travel

If you want to avoid the hassle of traffic, fast travel is also available at your service in Watch Dogs: Legion. As the game world is built-in precision with real-world London, the underground tube system is also present in the game.

It can be utilized to fast travel at any one of its stations which are present in nearly every corner of the city. So, every time you come to know of a collectible location, simply go to your map and fast travel to a station closest to the collectible location. That’ll save you a great deal of time.

Use Cargo Drones

Not all of the collectibles can be found where you can reach them on foot; some of them will be at hard to reach places such as rooftops of high rise buildings inside a building with all its entry points currently locked.

That is where the Cargo Drones come in as you can summon one and literally fly on it all over London. If you open your map you’ll see square icons which are drone summoning spots.

Simply go to the spot, summon a drone, hijack it, climb it and then fly anywhere you want. Cargo drones also come as the special ability of construction workers and he can summon it anywhere. So, if you add a construction worker to your squad, you’ll have the means of flight always at your disposal.

Infiltrator Spider-bot

Last but not the least, Spider-bots are probably the most useful thing at your disposal in Watch Dogs: Legion, in terms of collecting items. If a place is absolutely impossible for you to reach physically, the Spider-bot can surely crawl up there and do your work for you.

If a collectible is in a restricted area, sneaking in and out can be quite difficult and time-consuming. On the contrary, if you deploy a Spider-bot in that area, navigating it is pretty easy and there’s also no risk of getting killed or arrested. With the double jump, cloaking, and sprint upgrade unlocked, Spider-bots are nearly unbeatable.

This is all we’ve got in our Watch Dogs: Legion collectibles locations guide. For more help on the game, you can check out our detailed Watch Dogs: Legion wiki guides.

How to Farm Tech Points in Watch Dogs: Legion

Gadgets are the backbone of your operations in Watch Dogs: Legion. Unlocking and upgrading these gadgets requires Tech Points and you’re surely going to need a lot of them if you want to improve your overall gameplay experience. In this guide, we’ll explain how you can get Tech Points in Watch Dogs: Legion.

How to Get Tech Points in Watch Dogs: Legion

Tech Points are scattered all around the 8 boroughs of London. You just need to discover their specific locations and there’re up for grabs. Although, finding them is the tricky part as they can be anywhere – hidden under cars, inside locked rooms, on top of buildings, simply sitting in plain sight in restricted areas, etc.

Each time Tech Points are available to pick up in your vicinity, they’ll show up as green little icons that have the shape of a rhombus. Also, each pickup will award you with 10 Tech Points which you can then spend on Gadgets, Hacks, Weapons, and Upgrades in the main menu. You can conveniently just do the story missions and pick Tech Points up each time they appear in the area you’re exploring.

The best way, however, to get your hands on Tech Points in Watch Dogs: Legion is turning a borough from Oppressed to Defiant. Doing so will reveal the location of all available Tech Points in that borough. You can then pick them up all at once and spend them like a madman. You shouldn’t though, they’re a rare and limited resource, and we advise saving some up for the harder times ahead.

Another thing worth noting is that Spider-bots can pick Tech Points up for you. If an area is physically impossible or harder to reach, you can always use Spider-bot.

This is pretty much all we’ve got in how to farm Tech Points in Watch Dogs: Legion. You can check out our detailed Watch Dogs: Legion wiki guides for more help on the game.
