How To Complete The Knock Knock Challenge In Overwatch 2

Recently, Overwatch 2 had several events such as the Halloween Terror event. One of the most played challenges in it is the Knock Knock challenge many players struggle to win, but are persistent because everyone wants to get Kiriko’s new voice line. That’s why in this guide, we’ll show you exactly how you can cover the Knock Knock challenge.

How To Complete The Knock Knock Challenge

In order to complete the Knock Knock challenge, players will need to play “Junkenstein’s Revenge: Wrath of Bride” in PvE mode. As soon as the mode starts, players will notice that they are in a Halloween-themed version of Eichenwalde. You will need to reach the tavern all while fighting different types of bots and enemy team players who’ll be spawned randomly on the map.

When the players reach the tavern, they will need to defeat the bots guarding it and wait for the doors to open. As the doors to the tavern open, players will need to enter through them and make their way up to the next floor. Once they’ve reached the next floor, they will see two doors, one on the left and the other on the right. They should interact with the door on the right side. Interacting with the door will make the player knock on it, knocking on the door 4 times will complete the challenge and the players will receive Kiriko’s new voice line.

Note: Overwatch 2 players can complete this challenge at any time whilst playing Junkenstein’s Revenge mode as long as they enter the tavern and knock on the door four times.

Hope this guide has helped you in completing the Knock Knock challenge and you have now successfully received Kiriko’s new voice line. Make sure you follow all the steps and do not miss any. If you need more help, here are some more Overwatch 2 guides you may like:

How to Fix Overwatch 2 0xE00101B0 Error Code

The “Error 0xE00101B0” error in Overwatch 2 is a recent occurrence that has troubled many players. The error doesn’t do a good job of explaining what’s precisely wrong; instead, it just spontaneously appears on the game screen. But no worries, we will try our best to solve this issue so you can continue playing the newly released FPS from Blizzard.

“Error Code 0xE00101B0” in Overwatch 2 Can Occur Due to the Following:

  • Your graphics card is too old
  • It may be installed incorrectly in the MotherBoard
  • Your graphic card is no longer supported by Overwatch 2
  • You do not have the latest NVIDIA drivers
  • You have outdated Windows

Fix#1: Try Updating Your Graphics Card

A solution that may work for you is updating your graphics card. If the graphics card hasn’t been updated for a while, it’ll cause the game to either stop working or show errors such as “Error Code 0xE00101B0” on Overwatch 2. That is why having an updated graphics card is of utmost necessity when running the latest titles like Overwatch 2.

Fix#2: Update Your Nvidia GeForce Drivers

Something that might work if the previous fix didn’t is installing NVIDIAs latest drivers directly from their website. You will see the latest GeForce Experience version as you enter the website.

Below the latest driver option, it’ll show you all the new additions to the driver, such as bug fixes and boosts. And right at the top of all this will be a “Download Now” button. If your GPU is too old, downloading the latest driver will have no beneficial effect.

Driver Issues?

Tip: If you’re having driver issues, we recommend using DriverFix to scan and update all your outdated drivers in just one click. DriverFix solves your issues faster; it is easy to use and lets you know whenever a driver update is available.

Fix#3: Update Your Windows

Press the Windows button on either your keyboard or click the windows button, which is shown at the bottom left of the desktop on your PC/laptop. From there, you can either manually search for updates or go into settings and click on “Updates and Security.” Once you’ve reached the update page, you will be able to see if your windows have any pending updates it hasn’t been able to install. You’ll have to click on install and wait for the updates to complete. After they’re done installing, it’s recommended that you restart your computer to clear everything up before checking if it has solved your problem.

Overwatch 2 “Error Code 0xE00101B0” seems confusing initially, but once you understand what’s causing it and how to solve it, it becomes an easy step-by-step solution, as we have detailed above. If you have more suggestions to help with this error, let us know in the comments below, or check out our PC Tweaks hub for more troubleshooting suggestions.

Overwatch 2: How to Claim Cursed Captain Reaper Skin for Free

Overwatch 2 had a pretty shaky launch. From long queues to login errors, SMS authenticator not working as intended, etc. the list keeps on going. As a gesture of goodwill, Blizzard is giving away a couple of in-game goodies which is most welcome since farming for these cosmetics can be a pain. There are a couple of cosmetics that you can acquire for free in Overwatch 2: Cursed Captain Reaper (Legendary Skin) and Health Pack Weapon Charm.

Blizzard has made it fairly straightforward to get these in-game cosmetics. To get these, all that you need to do is to log into Overwatch 2 sometime from Oct. 25, 2022 till the end of Season 1 which is Dec. 08, 2022. You have around 2 weeks to claim the items which should not take 5 minutes.

Aside from these rewards, Blizzard has also planned a few Double XP weekends that should help a lot of people reach Level 80 on the Battle Pass. The amount of XP that you get from just playing the game is not enough if you are not reguarly completing different in-game challenges so these Double XP weekends should definitely help get all the rewards on the Season Pass.

Also, here is the official statement from Blizzard on the matter:

We apologize for any issues players experienced around the game’s launch. To help make up for any lost time, we’re planning to run several Double Match XP weekends: we will confirm the specific dates for these soon. We’ll also be giving all players who log in from October 25 through to the end of Season One an all-new Cursed Captain Reaper Legendary skin and a Health Pack Weapon Charm. These items will become part of your collection from the first time you log in during that time window.

And this is how you can get the Cursed Captain skin for Reaper in Overwatch 2. For more help on the game, you can check out our detailed Overwatch 2 wiki page.

How to Get Golden Weapons in Overwatch 2

There are quite a lot of chase items available in Overwatch 2 including skins, titles, etc. but none is more desirable than Golden Weapons. Just like the original Overwatch, every hero in the game has access to a Golden Weapon that you can purchase by spending in-game currency. In this Overwatch 2 guide, we have detailed all there is to learn about how to easily get the Golden Weapons.

Acquiring the Golden Weapons in Overwatch 2 is pretty easy but requires a lot of grind. You basically need to spend a total of 3,000 Competitive Points in order to get a Golden Weapon.

In order to get these CPs, you need to play matches in the Competitive Playlist. You will get 15 Pts. for a win and 5 Pts. for a tied game. Aside from this, you will also get some CPs at the end of a season — the number of CPs earned is based on your rank. These are:

  1. Bronze: 65
  2. Silver: 125
  3. Gold: 250
  4. Platinum: 500
  5. Diamond: 750
  6. Master: 1,200
  7. Grandmaster: 1,750
  8. Top-500: 1,750

After you have collected the required amount of CPs, you need to go to the ‘Heroes’ tab, choose your desired hero, and select the Gold Weapon at the end of the list. Luckily, you will need CPs for just the Golden Weapons and nothing else so you will not be spending them on any other type of cosmetic.

This is all we have got in how to get the Golden Weapons in Overwatch 2. To learn more, check out our guide on how the ping system works. You can also check out our detailed Overwatch 2 wiki page for more helpful tips and strategies.

How to Ping in Overwatch 2

Overwatch 2 has a pretty neat Ping System that you can use in order to relay different types of commands to your teammates, especially if you are not actively using VC. The ability to ping different things has sort of become a staple in modern shooters such as Apex Legends, Warzone, etc. In this Overwatch 2 guide, we have detailed all there is to know about how to ping enemies for your teammates.

To begin, you simply need to point your cursor somewhere you need to ping. For instance, it can be an enemy hero, a flank position, etc. Once you have done that, you just need to press the Middle Mouse Button (MMB) to ping that area once.

However, there are a lot more types of commands that you can use. To see them all, you just need to keep on holding the MMB in order to bring a radial menu that will show all the different types of commands. These include enemy, fallback, need help, defend, etc.

As mentioned earlier, this is a really good addition in Overwatch 2 to effectively communicate with your teammates if you are not comfortable using your microphone. It can also help you deal with flankers like Reaper, Wrecking Ball, Cassidy, etc. a lot more effectively.

This is all we have got in how to ping enemies in Overwatch 2. To learn more, check out our guide on how you can get golden weapons in the game. You can also check out our detailed Overwatch 2 wiki page for more help on the game.

How To Get Gold Weapons In Overwatch 2

Overwatch 2 brought a lot of new mechanics and little changes from the previous game that can be a little daunting for people that have been off the Overwatch trail for a while. One of the things that did not change is the Golden weapons, as they also existed in the original Overwatch.  This guide will explain how you can get your hands on one of these gold weapons!

There are two ways to get Golden Weapons; you can transfer your old Overwatch golden weapons by merging your account or earn Golden Weapons all over again in Overwatch 2.

These are the steps you need to follow to bring Overwatch Golden Weapons to Overwatch 2.

  • Log In to your Overwatch account using your console.
  • A QR code should pop up that you can scan with your phone.
  • Enter the code you see on your console to log in to your battle.net account.
  • This should merge your accounts.

Note: A glitch is to be blamed if your weapons do not show up despite you merging your account.

The second method is to earn Golden Weapons at a heavy price of 3000 competitive points. Getting this amount of points is no small task, so you’ll have to work hard to achieve this.

These points can only be amassed by playing in competitive lobbies, which can be very tedious for newer/lower-skilled players. Your rank at the end of the season will be the deciding factor in determining the number of competitive points you have.

These are the competitive points you get for every significant position while playing competitive Overwatch 2:

  • Win – 15x CP
  • Draw – 5x CP
  • Bronze – 65x CP
  • Silver – 125x CP
  • Gold – 250x CP
  • Platinum – 500x CP
  • Diamond – 750x CP
  • Master – 1,200x CP
  • Grandmaster – 1,750x CP

An average player can take multiple long seasons to reach the desired amount of competitive points needed for the golden weapons in Overwatch 2. Battle Pass challenges also help reach the CP count faster, allowing you to buy golden guns quickly.

At the end of the day, though, these are just skin, and they do not impact your gameplay in the slightest. It is best to try to have fun while playing the new Overwatch game and not get carried away with the shiny trophies you get after months of grinding.

How to Change Your Region in Overwatch 2 to Skip Queue

Blizzard allows you to change your regions in Overwatch 2 in order to play with people who are not in the same region as you or to just avoid the queue in your own region that a lot of people are experiencing these days. In this Overwatch 2 guide, we have detailed all there is to know about how to change your region for better connection.

Before we begin, it is important to note that changing to a region that is far away from you can result in bad connection. For instance, if you are playing from somewhere in Europe and trying to play in the Asian region, you will get really bad ping. This is why we recommend changing to a region that is fairly close to you … or just stick to your own region if possible.

Changing your region in Overwatch 2 is fairly simple. To begin, you need to launch the Battle.Net client on PC and go to the OW2’s page. Once there, you should see the ‘Play’ button in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Right above this button should a small ‘Global’ icon. Click on this icon and you should see a complete list of all the available regions. These include:

  • America: North America, Latin America, South America, Australia, New Zealand
  • Asia: South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau
  • Europe: Eastern Europe, Russia, Africa, Middle East, European Union

Once you have decided on a region that you wish to change to, all you need to do is to click on that region and it should change without any problems. However, we do recommend that you restart your client once after changing the region. It is all pretty simple!

This is all we have got in how to change your region in Overwatch 2. To learn more, check out our guide on how you can level up the battle pass fast. You can also check out our detailed Overwatch 2 wiki page for more helpful tips and tricks.

Overwatch 2: How to Create a Custom Crosshair for Precise Aiming

Similar to the original Overwatch, you are free to customize your crosshair to however you see fit. If you are coming from an FPS background, you already know the importance of having your unique crosshair. Blizzard has provided a ton of options to customize your crosshair to truly make it your own. In this Overwatch 2 guide, we have detailed all there is to know about how to change your crosshair for more precise aim.

In order to change your crosshair in Overwatch 2, you need to go to ‘Options’ and open up the ‘Controls’ tab. In there, you should see an entire section dedicated to ‘Reticle’ under the ‘General’ category. This is where you will be able to customize your crosshair according to your preferences. There are 5 different types of crosshairs that you can choose from i.e., Default, Circle, Crosshairs, Circle/Crosshairs, and Dot.

Aside from these 5 types of crosshairs, you can also tweak a bunch of different options which include the following:

  1. Accuracy Toggle
  2. Color
  3. Thickness
  4. Crosshair Length
  5. Center Gap
  6. Opacity
  7. Outline Opacity
  8. Dot Size
  9. Dot Opacity
  10. Resolution Scaling

We highly recommend playing around with these settings a bit to see which crosshair feels natural to you. People usually default to dot as it allows for more precise aiming but remember that there are no wrong answers here. Everyone has got a preference and you should use what you feel comfortable with. You should also be able to find customized crosshairs for different pros, streamers, etc. out there if you want to replicate someone’s reticle.

Once you are done finalizing your personal crosshair, you should be able to use it for all the heroes in the game by default or have a different crosshair for different heroes in the game. But unless you are super competitive, this is not something I recommend since it involves a lot of work. But if you want to go the extra mile, feel free to do so.

This is all we have got in how to change your crosshair in Overwatch 2. To learn more, check out our guide on how you can change your region to skip the queue. You can also check out our detailed Overwatch 2 wiki page for more helpful tips and tricks.
