At the age of 16, you will reach adulthood in Crusader Kings 3 and receive the Education trait depending on their educational focus. Naive Appeaser

Grey Eminence

The Indulgent Wastrel is trained in the art of Stewardship. They study the flow of money but they lack a deep understanding of the financial system. The money always seems to go one way. With the Indulgent Wastrel, you get +2 Skill and +10% monthly lifestyle experience.

Thrifty Clerk

The Thrifty Clerk has a fair understanding of investments and administrative matters. However, they often end up making mistakes. Thrifty Clerk gets you +4 Skill and +10% monthly lifestyle experience.

Fortune Builder

If you are looking to develop a keen sense of all matter relating to Stewardship, Fortune Builder is the Education trait you should get. Fortune Builder gets you +5 Skill and +30% monthly lifestyle experience bonus.

Midas Touched

Midas Touched is the trait that attracts the highest rate of success in Stewardship. A complete master of financial and administrative functions. With the Midas Touched, you get +8 Skill and +40% monthly lifestyle experience.

The Insightful Thinker is much better at the art of learning. Those trained with Insightful Thinker are good at theological matters but they lack dedication. Insightful Thinker gets +4 Skill and +20% monthly lifestyle experience.

Astute Intellectual

The Astute Intellectual has a deep understanding of theology, philosophy, and other topics. These characters get +5 Skill and +30% monthly lifestyle experience in Crusader Kings 3.

Mastermind Philosopher

The Mastermind Philosopher comes with an uncanny insight into all subject matter of higher learning. Mastermind Philosopher gets +8 Skill and +40% monthly lifestyle experience.

Prowess Education Traits

Bumbling Squire

In terms of Prowess, Bumbling Squire is at the bottom of the list. Bumbling Squire is technically a Knight but their skills barely hold up in battle. You get +2 Skill and 0 monthly lifestyle experience in Crusader Kings 3.

Confident Knight

They are much better in combat than Bumbling Squire is somewhat familiar with the ways of their culture’s combat. Confident Knight has very little combat experience. With the Confident Knight, you get +2 Skill and 0 monthly lifestyle experience.

Formidable Banneret

If you are looking for somewhat good in battle go with the Formidable Banneret. These characters are battle-hardened. Formidable Banneret gets +3 Skill and 0 monthly lifestyle experience.

Famous Champion

In terms of Prowess and battle experience, Famous Champion is the best skill you can select. Famous Champion characters are respected for their combat skills. With the Famous Champion, you get +4 and 0 monthly lifestyle experience.
