Final Fantasy 16 Truly Next-Gen, Release Date Announcement Soon

Final Fantasy 16 Release Date

Naoki Yoshida & Hiroshi Takai & Kazutoyo Maehiro talked about Final Fantasy 16. They talked about how the game is almost complete for PS5 and that Final Fantasy 16 will get a release date later this year.

Final Fantasy 16 is supposed to release in the summer of 2023. The developers talked about a release date confirmation later this year and if I was to take a guess, I would say that we will get an official confirmation on The Game Awards 2022. The devs mentioned that the game is about 95% ready for the PS5 and that people should not expect any delays in the release.

The devs also talked about the story and the content and revealed that the main storyline will take around 35-40 hours to complete while there is 70+ hours worth of side content that players can engage in. We learned that this is going to be the next step in the Final Fantasy franchise and that we can expect Final Fantasy 16 to be a truly next-generation game.

Furthermore, we learned that the game is going to include 6 countries. These could be the regions that players are able to explore but we have no confirmation regarding how many regions players will be able to check out.

Since Final Fantasy 16 is supposed to have a summer 2023 release date, I assume that it will release around June or July. But that is speculation at this point, so take this with a grain of salt until the official release date confirmation.

Honey, I Joined A Cult Is Out Now On Steam

Team17 and Sole Survivor Games have today launched the cult management sim Honey, I Joined a Cult into version 1.0. Placing players as the architect of their very own cult, they will design every aspect to the cult leader’s exacting standards, building everything from energy spas to spirit chambers, ensuring their would-be followers have everything they need on their journey to enlightenment. Running a successful cult is no mean feat, players will need to balance cultists’ happiness, handle meddling outsiders, and manage their leader’s inflated ego to keep things running smoothly, their followers devoted, and profits up.

Update 1.0 includes interactive police raids and protests, a difficulty selection system, a help manual, a carpeting system, steam cards, and achievements, alongside new in-game content and customization options, balancing improvements, and quality of life changes. The full launch also introduces free DLC available for all players who own Honey, I Joined a Cult before 10th November (including all purchases made throughout early access) and features cosmetics from other Team17 published titles, including The Escapists, The Survivalists, the Worms franchise, Blasphemous, Yooka-Laylee, and Narita Boy.

During its time in Steam Early Access, Honey, I Joined a Cult received major content updates that increased the variety of cults and significantly expanded its game mechanics. The Peace & Love update introduced six new themed rooms, two brand-new endings to explore, new outfits, and a rework of the tutorial and prestige system. In March 2022, the Futurist Update took Honey I Joined a Cult to the final frontier, introducing new themed rooms, special characters and missions, new items, and updates to the Divine Inspiration and Research Tech trees.

God Of War: Ragnarok Gets Perfect Score In Leaked Review

God of War: Ragnarok comes out in a few days and while the review embargo isn’t lifting until a few hours, a leaked review revealed a perfect 5/5 score which is good news for the upcoming game.

The perfect score review of God of War: Ragnarok has been leaked by Jeuxvideo, one of the Metacritic review websites. The publication has 2,499 reviews on Metacritic and gave God of War 2018 a perfect score as well (20/20).

The meta description is in another language but there is nothing interesting there, it is just some general information about the game being developed by Santa Monica Studio and how it is the follow-up to the 2018 reboot. What is interesting is that the publication scores games out of 20 and google is giving it a 5-star rating. I would imagine that this is a translation so 5/5 would translate to 20/20.

This is no doubt good news for the upcoming game and we expected nothing less from Santa Monica. If you were on the fence regarding the game and were waiting for reviews to come out then it seems that God of War: Ragnarok is going to be highly recommended and you can pick it up at launch.

Mario + Rabbids Sparks Of Hope Post-Launch Content Revealed

Ubisoft unveiled more details about the exciting post-launch plans for Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. Players will continue their journey through three downloadable content, available on Nintendo Switch.

In the Tower of Doooom, players will face the greatest challenges! Madame Bwahstrella needs Mario, Rabbid Peach, and their friends to clean her multi-dimensional tower and save their old friend Spawny! Coming in early 2023, this extension will add a new combat game mode in which players will face highly strategic battles as they make their way to the top of the Tower.

The second downloadable content will have our Heroes traveling to a brand-new planet. Players will be able to explore new environments, filled with fun characters to meet, secrets to discover, but also new enemies to face. This new story content will be available in mid-2023.

In the last DLC, Rabbid Mario, Rabbid Peach, and Rayman will join forces in a surprising, fun and epic adventure. Players will be able to control Rayman and follow our Heroes as they explore a new and mysterious place. This DLC will arrive late-2023.

All downloadable contents require players to own Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope and are included in the game’s Season Pass. Tower of Doooom is exclusively available for Season Pass owners, while the two other expansions can be bought separately. The Season Pass is included in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope Gold Edition, on Nintendo Switch exclusively.

The following are some of the best weapons and artifacts that we can recommend for Nahida in Genshin Impact:

Best Weapons

A Thousand Floating Dreams is one of the best weapons that we can recommend for Nahdia as it works for DPS and support roles. This is a 5-star catalyst, so you will need to wish for it on the weapons banner. It has a base attack of 542 and the secondary stat is elemental mastery.

Alternatively, we can recommend Kagura’s Verity which has crit damage as the bonus stat and passive skill increases elemental skill damage to increase by 12% and elemental damage by 12% as well.

If you are not interested in spending all your primogems on the weapon banner then we can recommend using Sacrificial Fragments. It has elemental mastery as the bonus stat and its effect has a chance of canceling the cooldown of the elemental skill. Allowing you to spam your elemental skill.

If you do not have the above-mentioned weapons then you can use the Magic Guide. It has elemental mastery as the bonus stat and the skill increases damage against hydro and electro-affected enemies by 12%.

Best Artifacts

We recommend the Deepwood Memories set. 2 pieces of the set increases Dendro damage by 15% and 4 pieces decreases enemy Dendro resistance by 30% for 8 seconds. This effect can be triggered even when the character is not on the field.

Alternatively, you can use the Glided Dreams artifact set. It increases elemental mastery by 90. With 4 pieces equipped, the character gets an elemtal buff when a reaction takes place. The type of buff is going to depend on the other members of the party. The attack is increased by 14% for each party member matching the element type.

There are three masks that you need to find, the Bronze Mask, Silver Mask and Gold Mask. The following are the locations for each one:

Bronze Mask Location

The Bronze Mask is the first one that you will find. It is outside the courtyard once you have opened the dining room door with Bolt Cutters that you can find in the kitchen. There is a cutscene that reveals that the mask is in the courtyard. To get it you need to go to the left and through the castle.

Get to the attic to get Variant Flask 1 which helps you destroy sclerotia cores. You can then head to the courtyard and destroy the core in the case of the statue holding the mask and then pick it up.

Silver Mask Location

Once you have the Monocular Key go through the Monocular Door in the back of the courtyard. You will then find yourself in the statue puzzle. Complete it to go through the door in the floor. This will take you to the basement. Proceed forward and you will find the Silver Mask towards the end of the basement.

Gold Mask Location

Once you have completed the painting puzzle and have the Triocular Key go to the courtyard and to the left, as you did for the Bronze Mask. Once you are inside the castle head into the door on your right with the three eyes on it. You can use the Triocular Key to open it.

Destroy the three cores in the room and cross the bridge. You can then pick up the mask which will trigger a cutscene.

The base Resident Evil Village game has plenty of weapons that you can use but the Shadow of Rose DLC only has the LEMI and shotgun. You can get the shotgun in Castle Dimitrescu and it is pretty hard to miss. Once you have escaped Duke’s creatures the first time around, you can go back to the main hall. Head through the doors into the dining room and you will find the shotgun locked behind some iron bars.

There is a three-eye symbol behind it which is supposed to act as a hint to unlocking the weapon. Once you have spotted the weapon, you will want to get it as soon as possible but you will need to wait until you are almost done with this area.

As you go through the Shadow of Rose DLC you will gather keys that help you get the masks in the castle. Two of them are the Monocular Key and the Triocular Key. These will allow you to proceed further into the DLC by unlocking the eye doors.

To get the shotgun, you need to get the Triocular Key from the painting room, at the top of the stairs in the main hall. Solve the puzzle in the room in order to get the key. You can then use the key to unlock the shotgun in the dining room.

Award-winning independent games label Team17 has today announced its partnership with UK-based developer Absolutely Games to bring a brand-new strategy title to PC and consoles. Formed in late 2019, Absolutely Games – a studio of 27 developers led by industry veterans James Brooksby (CEO) and Adrian Hawkins (CTO) – will be teaming up with Team17 to bring its first title, an unannounced ‘historical strategy experience’, and original IP, to PC and consoles.

If you want to play as Bayonetta again then you can press the ZL button again. It is worth mentioning that you cannot summon demons for as long as you want. They consume mana and once the mana has run out, the demons cannot be summoned. Luckily mana is regenerated over time and you can use Purple Lollipops to restore it as well.

Changing Infernal Demons

As you progress through the game, you will be able to control different demons. You can equip 3 of them at the same time. Press the – button and then press L or R to the Infernal Demons. Here you can use the D-pad or left joystick to select the demons that you want to summon.

Green Herb Lollipops can be purchased at Rodin’s Shop or by opening chests. Once you have bought them, you can use them to heal yourself when you need to.
