Golden Guns have been a part of Call of Duty for as long as one can remember. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2022) allows you to get a feel of the Gold Camo before you decide to grind for it in the Multiplayer Mode. In this guide, we’ll help you get the Golden Guns during the campaign of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
There are just 2 Golden Guns that you can get during the campaign. From what I gather, the idea is to let the players get a feel of the Mastery Camo before the Multiplayer Mode that launches in a few days.
Recon by Fire
You need to progress through the mission until you come across some drugs with 2 Golden Guns in plain sight — Kastov 762 and Desert Eagle.
El Sin Nombre
After you get to Diego’s house, you’ll need to head over to the Garage Armory to get the Kastov 762. You’ll also be able to loot the Desert Eagle from his corpse.
These are the only missions during which you can get these 2 Golden Guns in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Moreover, do note that there are other Mastery Camos to chase after as well — but only in the Multiplayer Mode. These include Platinum, Element, and Orion. In the Multiplayer Mode, however, you’ll need to complete a bunch of challenges before you get to use them.
