While you do get light runic attacks for the Leviathan Axe and Blades of Chaos pretty early on in God of War: Ragnarok, heavy runic attacks are harder to find. Get Ivaldi’s Anvil In God Of War: Ragnarok
The Ivaldi’s Anvil heavy runic attack can be found in The Derelict Outpost in Midgard. You will find a Mystic Gateway and a dwarf shop near it. Head to the area and progress through it, defeating the enemies that you encounter on your path.
You will find a large gate on the upper top-left section. You will have to jump and swing across a couple of platforms to get there. Progress forward and you will come into a room that has a crane inside. You can use the Leviathan Axe to rotate the crane and then use your blades to get to the other side.
Once you make your way across, use your blades to climb the ledge on the left. You will find the chest that you are looking for at the top next to some runes. Open it to find Ivaldi’s Anvil heavy runic attack for the Leviathan Axe.
